They highlighted key initiatives in education (e.g., EU-India Education Summit), cultural exchange, trade facilitation, dispute resolution, and SME support. The Council’s 1,100+ members span seven sectors and partner with European chambers and Indian states. Mr. Lal appreciated the Council’s role in connecting underrepresented EU countries and SMEs, especially amid FTA talks and geopolitical shifts. The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to expand cooperation and enable greater EU participation in India’s growth.
