Mr. Suhail is the Managing Partner of ELP and widely recognized as a leading lawyer in India. His work is across corporate, regulatory, labour, securities, trade and competition.

He sits on the boards of listed companies as an independent director, and has represented SEBI, CCI and the Government of India before various tribunals and courts in India and internationally.

He did law at Cambridge University, England and has also received an LL.M. from Duke University, USA. Apart from India, he is also admitted to the State Bar of New York.
