Shri Shalil Shashikumar Shroff, son of late Shri Shashikumar Devidas Shroff, aged about 56 years is a Promoter Director of Punjab  Chemicals and Crop Protection Limited (PCCPL),  a listed Company registered with the BSE and NSE.

The Company is having three state of art plants to manufacture Agro Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Pharma Intermediates and Phosphorous Derivatives.  Two plants are situated in Punjab and one is in Maharashtra.

Shri Shalil Shroff is having Diploma in Management from the University of Deopage-USA.  He joined the Company in 1992 and elevated as the Executive Director of the Company in 1998 after working at operational levels in various areas.  Later on, he was promoted as the Managing Director of the Company in the year 2003.  Shri Shalil Shroff has a vast experience in export marketing of Agro Chemicals, Specialty and Other Chemicals.  His specialization is in product development, corporate restructuring, human resources management.   A widely travelled professional is keen to take his organization to a great height along with the people associated with him.

In addition to PCCPL, he is a Director on the Board of Hem-Sil Trading & Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., SD Agchem (Europe) N.V., SSRS Trading & Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. and Scarlett Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
