Vinayak has 40 years of work experience including 30 years as an investment banker and has worked with Lazard Freres in India, Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, E & Y and then partnered with InterGest Worldwide in the year 2007 to found InterGest South Asia in India.

Over the years InterGest has enabled many European companies to setup businesses in India and has enabled Indian companies to set up business in foreign countries. He has also handled many domestic and cross border acquisition of companies / divisions of companies / brands & manufacturing facilities.

Vinayak is an Independent Director on the Board of Fermenta Biotech Ltd and subsidiaries of many MNC companies in India.

Vinayak is an invitee on the management committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and also the SME committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce.
