Sudheer Padiyar (Padi) is Senior Vice President and Business Head for Europe, Middle East and Africa at SunTec Business Solutions. He also heads the SaaS business where he is responsible for transforming SunTec business into SaaS. Padi is a seasoned and dynamic sales and marketing professional with over 26 years’ experience in Financial Services and Global Banking Technology Industry.

Prior to joining SunTec, he has successfully led regional client facing groups across North America, Latin America and Europe for the banking technology solutions from Infosys. During the course of his career, he has worked closely with CXOs and business leaders of retail and universal banks across Western Europe in defining their core banking and Digital transformation roadmap. He has played an active role as a sponsor on various program steering committees boards and was responsible for providing management oversight, stakeholder management and guidance. He has successfully managed one of the largest product rebranding exercise and has led several product launches at Infosys.

He hold a Bachelors degree in Science and Post Graduate in Computer Applications from NCC, United Kingdom.
